Our service philosophy is to assist you in assessing, analyzing and addressing the specific needs of your company's retirement plan to maximize its value to your organinzation.  We offer three major categories of service:

  • Consulting Services:  Our services are available in a total retirement plan service format.  We act as your retirement plan advisor and are compensated with asset-based fees that are competitive and transparent, 
  • Conversion and Implementation Services:  We can assist you by helping coordinate all aspects of your new retirement plan conversion and implementation.  During this phase, we focus on the critical areas of investments, fiduciary responsibilities and employee education.
  • Ongoing Services:  After conversion and implementation, we continue to help you maintain the effectiveness of your retirement plan.  We monitor your satisfaction with the plan regularly and make adjustments as necessary.  Our ongoing services encompass investments, fiduciary responsibilities and employee education.  We make quarterly on-site visits to meet with interested plan participants.
